I started practicing health way back in 2006 and over the last 18 years, I have developed an awesome respect for the body’s own ability to heal itself – it is a truly amazing machine. It knows exactly what to do all the time – we simply need to provide it with the right conditions and most of all, leave it alone and let it get on with it !
Our lifestyles today can often adversely affect our health, so knowing your individual strengths and weaknesses – mental, physical and emotional – is extremely useful. I always aim to educate so that you can understand yourself better and can thus make some fairly simple choices and changes that will, over time, produce some profound benefits.
